New 4GB iPhone HSDPA leaks

Slides leaked from Canadian carrier on BGR feature a 4GB iPhone 3G with HSDPA support to come this year. There is no proof that these slides are authentic or up to date.
In a related story though Engadget reports that Apple just got approval for 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB iPhone capacities by the PCS Type Review Certification Board. The PTCRB is providing a framework to standardize carrier equipment.
The interesting thing about the leaked 4GB iPhone is the support of HSDPA and video calling with an iChat app. The camera of the $99 (CAN?) 4GB iPhone is still just a 2MP one. For video calling the iPhone would need though a front facing camera.
